  • Depending on the menu selected by the host (three, seven, feast or function), I will work closely with the host to create a set menu according to preference and cater to dietary requirements.

    The majority of the prep will be done before I reach your venue. I will arrive 1 hours before your selected time to commence preparations.

    The service includes table set up (plateware, cutlery, napkins & food services) and a thorough clean up, leaving your kitchen as clean as it was before.

    Drink service and glassware not included. BYO.

  • Guests are required to supply their own glassware and any form of drink choices for the evening.

    You will be required to supply your own table styling.

  • Locations outside of a half an hour travel time will incur an additional travel fee.

  • I am available for lunch and dinner bookings, Monday-Sunday. I encourage booking at least a month in advance to secure any specific occasions you would like to celebrate.
